Introduction

This pellet cooling method uses natural cooling by relying on ventilated storage. It offers the advantage of low cost, making it ideal for small-scale producers. However, its drawbacks include a long cooling cycle (at least 4 hours), which means you can't pack pellets immediately after production and it's hard to implement assembly line operations. Additionally, the pellet temperature after cooling will not exceed 3-5℃ above room temperature. A practical tip: increase the storage capacity to hold the daily shift output so you can pack the pellets the next day. (Note: Steel frame must be provided by the customer.)
