The extended drying drum is specially optimized for high-moisture local coconut shell raw materials, realizing full dehydration and adjusting moisture content accurately to the standard range for pelleting. The raw materials processed by the rotary dryer own balanced moisture, which can stop finished pellets from cracking and loosening after being sent into the pellet mill. Such stable moisture effectively cuts down the blockage risk of the pellet mill, lowers the frequency of component replacement, and continuously provides qualified raw materials for multiple pellet mills in the factory, sustaining stable full-year production.
