Introduction

Disc chipper is an early type of wood chipper used in wood chip manufacturing. The wood chips produced have good quality and are widely used in pulp and paper mills.

Our company has made improvements in feeding safety and automatic discharging. A feeding conveyor trough has been added to the feeding port to solve the problem of unsafe manual feeding and reduce the workload. A discharging conveyor belt has been added to the discharging. The produced wood chips can be directly loaded onto trucks or connected to the production line belt.

2. The structure of disc chipper is simple, so it is easy to operate and easy to repair. The in-feed hole or the output hole can be designed different  direction according to different demand so that it can work together with belt conveyors for feeding and discharging.

3. It can be driven by el motors or the diesel engine or by PTO. So it is movable for the places without electricity. This disc chipper can also work by itself, feeding by hands, so the price is not very high; It is the ideal machine for some small factories or home use.
