Wood processing enterprises such as woodworking factories, panel processing plants, and door manufacturers generate large quantities of wood shavings every day. In fact, wood shavings, sawdust, and other residual products from wood processing all belong to biomass materials.

One of the suitable models for pressing wood shavings and other biomass materials is the flat die pellet mill (new model with rotating pressure wheel). This model enables vertical feeding of biomass materials, and its rotating pressure wheel structure prevents material blocking. With the die remaining stationary, the extruded biomass pellets won't undergo secondary breakage from falling, making it quite suitable for biomass material pelleting. However, due to the limitations of the die plate structure, this model is mostly small-sized, thus ideal for individual users with low production needs.
