건조 과정에 대한 주의 사항
The dryer operator must always pay attention to the dryness and humidity of the discharge material, and adjust the feed speed according to the dryness and humidity of the discharge material. If the discharge material is dry, increase the feed amount; if the discharge material is wet, reduce the feed amount.
When the drum dryer is shut down, you must be extra careful. Do not stop the feed conveyor in a hurry. Stop the furnace first, and then gradually reduce the feed amount as the temperature drops to prevent the high-temperature material from catching fire.
Temperature control method for drum dryer: To increase the temperature: close the air supply port, ash removal port, and coal inlet, and increase the amount of coal fed. To reduce the temperature: gradually lower the furnace temperature in the order of opening the ash removal port → air supply port → coal inlet, while reducing the amount of coal fed.
Drying equipment maintenance must be carried out when the power is off to prevent personal injury accidents. Regularly check the circuit wires for leakage and pay attention to safety.
