The main unit runs at high speed, and press rollers cooperate with the ring die to forcefully extrude raw materials, which pass through the die holes to form pellets. Hot pellets start to discharge continuously from the outlet. As you can observe, the machine maintains steady discharge with no interruptions or blockages. Freshly pressed pellets come out at a relatively high temperature, and finished products keep flowing out non‑stop. Upon close inspection, the formed pellets are regular and dense in shape, not easily loosened or broken, and the finished product has a stable appearance with a very low proportion of broken powder. We maintain continuous feeding to simulate actual production conditions and run the pellet mill for an extended period to verify its load performance. The pellet mill runs smoothly with low vibration and no abnormal noise. After a period of continuous operation, the output flow rate remains stable, and pellet forming quality stays consistent. The pellet mill is suitable for various biomass raw materials such as sawdust, straw, and nutshells. The pellet mill can complete the pelleting process on its own, with simple supporting configuration and convenient maintenance. Full-scale test run footage intuitively shows the equipment's actual performance, providing reliable reference for procurement and model selection.
