The reason why the biomass pellet machine vibrates violently
Bearing issues: Cause abnormal operation and current fluctuations (excessively high current). Stop machine to check or replace bearings.
Ring die problems: Blockage, partial discharge, foreign matter entry, out-of-roundness, tight roller gap, or worn/damaged rollers. Check/replace ring die or adjust gap.
Unbalanced coupling: Height/left-right deviations cause vibration and gear shaft oil seal damage. Calibrate coupling to horizontal.
Loose main shaft: Causes axial movement, roller swing, noise, vibration, and pelletizing difficulty. Tighten tail butterfly springs and round nuts.
Poor conditioning: Improper time/temperature or raw material moisture leads to abnormal discharge and machine operation.
Unfixed/loose conditioner tail: Causes shaking. Reinforce it.
