Lubricating oil is the core guarantee for the efficient operation of moulins à pellets. Choosing the wrong oil or failing to change it on time can easily cause wear and tear on moulin à pellets parts.
For the main spindle gearbox, it is recommended to use extreme pressure industrial gear oil, which has strong pressure resistance; the automatic lubrication system should use high-temperature lithium-based grease to prevent it from thinning and leaking at high temperatures.
Change the gearbox oil after the first 200 hours, and then every 3000 hours thereafter; replenish the grease according to the machine cycle to prevent oil circuit blockage.
