Rotary Chipper
A rotary chipper consists of a machine body, cutter roller, feeding port, discharge port and other components.
The machine body is welded with high-strength steel plates, serving as the supporting foundation of the entire machine. Two, three or four flying knives are installed on the cutter roller. Specialized flying knife bolts fix the flying knives to the cutter roller through pressure blocks. Qualified chips cut off fall through the discharge port and are discharged from the bottom, while larger pieces will be re-cut inside the machine.
This product is widely used as a preferred pre-equipment in the material preparation section of industrial and production plants such as particleboard factories, medium and high-density fiberboard factories, straw plants, biomass power plants, and wood chip factories.
