Optimization of Material Deviation in Rotary Dryers
Uniform material conveying and tumbling is the core premise for stable drying performance of a asciugatrice rotativa. Tilted support rollers, uneven wear of internal lifters, and offset feeding position are the primary causes of material deviation in the rotary dryer.
During shutdown maintenance, calibrate the horizontal angle of the rotary dryer's support rollers, replace severely worn lifters, and adjust the feeding position. These adjustments ensure uniform material tumbling and forward movement inside the cylinder, achieving consistent and qualified drying results.
