Sludge Pretreatment: Dewater to 60%-70% via filtration/centrifugation, then dry to 20%-30% (optimizes energy use and reduces breakage). Remove debris (sand, metals) and crush to <10 mm for uniform mixing.

Biomass Blending: Mix sludge (30%-50%) with straw, sawdust, etc., to enhance cohesion and heat value.

Pelletization: Material is compressed at 80-120°C into 6-12 mm diameter pellets (10-30 mm length).

Results in dense pellets (1.0-1.2 t/m³) for efficient storage/transport.
