this size, then crushing process should be needed.

3. Drying process;
The complete pellet line requires all the raw material water content is between 15-20%,
If the raw material is not in this scope, then it should add water or dry it. There are many kinds of dryer in the market, but most
choose the rotary dryer as main choices as his easy operate etc.
4. Pelleting Process;
The pellet machine is the key machine in the complete pellet line, and the final pellets quality and quantity is up to this machine;
This process is the physical changes, compress the wood sawdust into wood pellets through the pressure between the rollers
and dies.
There are main two kinds in the market, to choose which kinds is up to the raw material character.
5. Hot Pellet Cooling Process;
The conveyor transports the hot wood pellets into a pellet cooler. For complete set of wood pellet making line, the counterflow
cooler is necessary to hardened pellets and direct pack. The final temperature will be about 3-5 degree than room temperature.
6. Sorting Screening Process;
Although the pellet machine is very good, but also some broken pellet will produce, so for the complete pellet line, the sorting
machine is necessary.
However for the simple pellet line, it depends.
7. Packing Process;
There are also two kinds of packing process, one the big bag packing for 500-1000kg per bag;
Another is the 25-25kg per bag for small bags.
It can be sewing bags or the hot-seal bags.
