Solutions to Pellet Mill Main Shaft Vibration

Tighten main gland locking screws, start machine, check for vibration. If vibration continues, remove gland, pad shaft with copper rod, strike toward ring die, remove seal cover, replace bearing if clearance is excessive, reassemble and lock shaft.
Align bearing inner ring square during shaft installation. Keep shaft-runner end face distance at ~10 cm. Replace parts if keyway or safety pin clearance is too large. Recheck vibration.
Adjust roller-die distance correctly after shaft is normal, do not readjust randomly.
Check shaft fastening, remove oil injection system and gland, inspect Belleville springs, replace if flattened.
Escalate to professional technicians if on-site staff cannot resolve the issue.
