Raw material particle size: It is recommended to process the raw materials into particles of 1-5mm. Too coarse particle size will reduce the particle formation rate and increase wear on the rollers and dies; too fine particle size will increase the energy consumption of the crusher.
Improper operation: The most common problem is the gap between the die and the roller assembly. If the gap is not appropriate, extrusion will not be successful.
Mechanical failure: This includes damage to the bearings, die, rollers, or malfunctioning lubrication systems. These are all mechanical quality issues, so it is recommended to choose products from reputable manufacturers.
