Generally speaking, the greater the power of the main machine, the higher the theoretical yield. For example, the SJK150G small unit has an hourly output of approximately 100-150 kg, while the HKJ300 ring die unit can operate stably at a capacity of 1.5-2.5 tons per hour.
Raw Material Type and Degree of Grinding
The particle size, structure, and density of the raw material directly affect the compression efficiency. Corn and soybean meal are easy to form and have a high yield; crude fibers such as wheat bran and rice hulls require thorough grinding, otherwise they can cause machine blockage and reduce the output rate.
Die Aperture and Compression Ratio
The die determines the diameter and density of the pellets. A smaller aperture and a higher compression ratio result in denser pellets but lower yield. Our pellet mills support custom dies (such as 3mm, 3.5mm, and 4.0mm), ensuring the optimal match between feed type and production capacity.
