
First, uneven feeding of raw materials will cause large fluctuations in the working current of the pellet machine. The feeding speed should be adjusted.
Second, the main shaft bearing of the pellet machine is worn or damaged. The machine does not run normally, resulting in high current.
Third, the pellet machine is running normally, and suddenly makes a clicking sound. It may be that a large piece of foreign matter has entered the pressing chamber. The machine must be stopped immediately to clean it out before restarting production.
Fourth, if you hear obvious iron-to-iron friction before the raw materials enter the pellet machine's pressing chamber, it may be because the gap between the pellet machine's ring die and the roller is too small, causing relative friction. The gap between the die and roller should be adjusted in time.
Fifth, a slight operating noise is allowed during operation. If the noise is too loud or there is abnormal noise, it indicates that the bearing is faulty. Worn rollers or damaged bearings should be replaced in time.
