Bamboo Shavings Pellet Mill
Adopts the latest design with a special square high-efficiency motor for pellet mills, saving about 10% energy under the same power.
Equipped with a dedicated gearbox for pellet production—featuring parallel hard tooth surfaces, it has stronger impact resistance and more powerful performance.
Two well-designed oil lubrication options are available for the pellet mill:
Option 1: Grease-free, pure thin oil lubrication. The oil circulates to cool effectively, helping extend bearing service life.
Option 2: Roller grease lubrication with a special oil-seal-free structure. It eliminates easily damaged fluororubber oil seals, ensuring bearings stay intact until the roller skin is worn out naturally.
Uses a current control system for feeding. It automatically adjusts feeding speed based on current, ensuring stable feeding without pellet machine jamming, reducing labor costs significantly.
The feed inlet and material distributing system adopt a quick-detach structure, making mold and roller replacement easier and saving time.
