Pellet Mill Post-Processing & Maintenance Standards
Pellet Cooling & Screening
After extrusion from the die, pellets enter cooling equipment immediately to reach room temperature (ΔT ≤ 5℃ vs environment) – prevents caking/mold from residual heat. Post-cooling, screening removes crushed pellets/powder for uniform particle size.
Machine Cleaning & Maintenance
Clean residual raw materials inside the machine (especially die/feeding port) promptly after production to avoid moisture-induced caking affecting next use. Conduct regular full maintenance (replace worn parts, inspect circuits, clean cooling systems) to extend service life.
