Thorough Residue Cleaning

Empty all raw materials from the hopper, then run the pellet mill idling for another 1–2 minutes.

Clean the die and roller of the pellet mill with cleaning materials (such as fine bran and sawdust) to prevent raw materials from caking and hardening.

Remove dust and debris from the body of the pellet mill and keep the equipment clean.

Component Maintenance

Die storage: For long-term shutdown of the pellet mill, apply anti-rust oil on the die. If the die holes are blocked, unclog them with a drill before storage.

Wear parts replacement: Replace the roller and scraper immediately when their wear reaches the specified threshold, so as to avoid affecting pellet quality.
