This is our factory's high-efficiency crusher. The reason it's called "high-efficiency" is that the screen and hammer blades are super easy to disassemble. You don't have to spend ages taking the machine apart, which saves a lot of maintenance time.
Choosing a model is simple — we pick the right one based on your production output. No need to worry about getting a mismatched model that wastes your money.
This crusher system isn't just the main unit; it also comes with various auxiliary equipment. The type of auxiliary equipment depends on your discharge method, and we offer two options to suit different materials.
The first is pneumatic conveying discharge, which works best for dry materials (not too moist). We use negative pressure technology for this method — it not only moves the crushed materials quickly but also keeps dust from spreading, so your workshop stays clean.
The second option is auger discharge, designed specifically for high-moisture materials. Wet materials tend to stick together after crushing, but the auger can smoothly transport them out. If your wet materials need drying after crushing, we can provide matching drying equipment. Plus, since crushing work inevitably generates dust, we can also add dust removal devices to keep things clean.
