The biomass pellet machine may have issues with bearings in certain areas, causing abnormal operation and fluctuations in working current. If the working current is abnormally high, shut down the machine for inspection or replace the bearings.
The ring die of the biomass pellet machine may be blocked, or only some of the die holes are discharging material. Foreign objects entering the ring die, deformation of the ring die, excessive tightness between the press roll and die, wear of the press roll, or damage to the press roll bearings preventing rotation can all cause vibration in the pellet machine (inspect or replace the ring die, adjust the press roll clearance).
The biomass pellet machine coupling is unbalanced, with deviations in height and lateral alignment, causing the pellet machine to vibrate and the gear shaft oil seals to wear out easily (the coupling must be aligned to the horizontal line).
