If abnormal oil pressure, oil temperature, or flow rate is detected in the wood pellet machine reducer, the filter and oil nozzle must be cleaned. After cleaning, inspect and ensure proper lubrication before use.

The bearings of the wood pellet machine reducer should be lubricated by splash lubrication. When disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling, add an appropriate amount of calcium-sodium-based grease, approximately one-third of the bearing's internal volume.

If the ventilation holes of the wood pellet machine reducer are blocked, disassemble them, clean the air filter, and then reinstall and use them.
