Abnormal raw material properties of pellet mill
Raw material with too high/low moisture, or mixed with hard impurities (metal, stones, etc.)
Excessive undercrushed high-fiber content, or too much binder—boosting the mill’s pressing resistance

Incorrect adjustment of pellet mill
Too small (hard friction) or too large (idle grinding) gap between the mill’s press roller and ring die
Blindly increasing roller pressure, or ring die hole size mismatched with the mill’s raw material
