The drying effect of the rotary dryer determines the quality of raw materials. Material sticking to the rotary dryer drum wall is a common production problem that damages the drying effect, leads to uneven drying of the raw materials, severely affects the pellet mill's forming quality, and restricts the yield of finished pellets.
Excessive raw material moisture, low internal rotary dryer temperature, and improper rotation speed and lifter angles can easily cause material sticking.
To resolve this, stop the machine, thoroughly clean the accumulated material from the inner wall, adjust the drying temperature and drum rotation speed, optimize structural angles, and ensure the raw material moisture content meets the pellet mill's standards.
