Correct usage of automatic lubrication system for pellet mill
The automatic lubrication system is a core maintenance component of the pellet mill. To ensure the continuous operation of the pellet mill, users need to use the machine correctly.
Before starting: Check the grease level, ensure the oil supply lines are clear and leak-free, and manually test run to confirm normal grease output from all lubrication points.
During operation: Before starting the main unit, run the lubrication system for 1-2 minutes; observe the pressure gauge during operation (15-25 MPa is normal), and check and replenish grease every 2-3 hours.
After shutdown: Allow the lubrication system to continue running for 30 seconds to 1 minute to replenish grease to components and reduce rust and wear.
