The conveyor feeds waste raw materials steadily and continuously into the crusher. The crushed material is then conveyed into the pellet mill. The ring die pellet mill is the core machine in the whole pelleting process. Let's take a closer look at it. Vertical feed inlet enables more direct and smoother feeding. The die stays stationary while the pressed rollers rotate for better pellet formation. The open-top feed disc greatly saves maintenance time. Adopts a bottom material distribution structure, resulting in better pellet formation and more stable operation. The ring die matrix is placed vertically and adopts an upper and lower double-layer design to reduce wear cost, forming second-layer rebound effect and increasing output. Continuous and stable pellet extrusion depends on the quality of ring dies. The CNC drilling process ensures uniform die hole dimensions. The die holes feature smooth walls free of burrs, minimizing material compression and wear. Once installed in the pellet mill, the die ensures more consistent and stable pellet production over the long term. The ring die with high-precision machining produces dense and uniform finished pellets. The vertical ring die pellet mill is capable of pelleting hard-to-form materials. It can make pellets from rice husk, sunflower seed husk and other shells, wood scraps including branches and barks, various crop straws, and chemical raw materials such as rubber, cement and ash residue.
