Causes of pellet mill malfunctions:
1.Insufficient tension, partial or severe wear, or breakage of the V-belts.
2.Improper parameter settings of the speed controller.
3.Overload or foreign matter stuck between the press roller and the ring die causes the main shaft to rotate, making the travel switch disengage.
4.Insufficient clamp hoop pressure or grease on the brake disc causes slippage, resulting in main shaft rotation and travel switch disconnection.
5.Circuit fault.
Maintenance Methods for Pellet Mill:
1.Readjust the tension of the V-belts or check the pressure value on the hydraulic system pressure gauge. Reset the pressure value if necessary (use caution during adjustment), or install a new full set of Vbelts; do not replace only some of them.
2.Reset the parameters.
3.Reset the main shaft and the travel switch.
4.Readjust the clamp hoop pressure or clean the brake disc.
5.Check the electrical circuit.
