Why is the pellet mill discharge uneven
Common Causes of uneven discharge in biomass pellet mills: Offset or severely worn cutter position; uneven feeding speed; uneven gap between pressure roller and die, leading to inconsistent discharge speed; blocked die holes, resulting in abnormal discharge from some outlets.
Solutions to common problems of pellet mills:Adjust the cutter position to align with the die discharge outlet, and replace the cutter if it is severely worn; adjust the feeding speed to maintain uniform feeding; recalibrate the gap between the pressure roller and die to ensure uniform force and consistent discharge; clean the blocked die holes to ensure all discharge outlets are unobstructed.
