Solutions to the problem of brittle pellets produced by pellet mills
The pellets produced by the pellet mill break easily upon contact, failing to meet the requirements for transportation and combustion.
It may be due to bearing wear or lack of lubrication, loose pressure roller or main shaft, uneven feeding causing internal material jamming or loose anchor bolts.
In response to these issues, we should replace worn bearings and add high-temperature grease, tighten the pressure roller fixing nuts and main shaft locking bolts, adjust the feeder speed to ensure uniform material feeding, retighten the anchor bolts, check the equipment level and adjust it accordingly.
After the above adjustments, the problem of fragile pellets in pellet mills will definitely be solved.
