Pelleting is the core step in the whole production process. The GXL850 Pellet Mill is a high-capacity pelleting machine with an output of 3.0-4.0 t/h and a matched power of 220 kW, processing pellet specifications from φ4 mm to 30 mm. This pellet mill is fitted with an electric grease pump that automatically supplies grease to pressed roller bearing chambers, reducing mechanical wear and preventing bearing seizure during long-term operation.

The GXL560 Pellet Mill is designed for medium production demands, featuring 90 kW power and a stable output of 1-1.5 t/h with pellet sizes of φ4 mm to 12 mm. This pellet mill runs stably with low failure rates, perfectly matching medium-scale biomass processing requirements.

Two models of pellet mill operate simultaneously to realize uninterrupted production, effectively meeting large-scale and long-term production demands. Even during night production, each pellet mill and all conveying machines maintain stable working status, with continuous raw material feeding and steady finished pellet discharging, fully proving the reliable performance of our pelleting machines under actual working conditions.
