Key Points for Dust Cleaning of Pellet Mill
Shut down and cut off power, operate after cooling down, dry cleaning only and keep away from water.
Clean from outside to inside, gently sweep with soft brush or dry cloth, do not scratch precision parts such as press rolls and ring die with hard objects.
For electrical, transmission and sealing parts, do not rinse with high-pressure water or blow directly with high-pressure air.
For dust and oil agglomerations, gently wipe with special cleaning agent, then wipe again with dry cloth and ensure no residue.
Check sealing parts after cleaning, clean up surrounding dust in time to prevent secondary dust raising.
