Carry out monthly machine shutdown maintenance: disassemble duct flanges and thoroughly clear all dust buildup on the inner walls of the rotary dryer's air ducts. Meanwhile, check the fan filter for cracks or breakages. During formal production, adjust the drying negative pressure of the secador rotativo to reduce dust reverse flow into the air ducts, keep raw material moisture stable, and avoid malfunctions that interrupt the normal pellet mill production.
