No-load Commissioning
Turn on the power, start the wood chipper, and run it under no-load condition for 5-10 minutes. Observe whether the wood chipper has abnormal noise or violent vibration, whether the tool rotation is stable, and whether there is leakage at each lubrication point.
Load Commissioning
Feed a small amount of raw materials that meet the specifications (≤50% of the rated feeding capacity). Observe whether the wood chip discharge is uniform and the wood chipper operates stably. If material jamming or abnormal noise occurs, stop the machine immediately for adjustment.
Parameter Calibration
Adjust the tool clearance and feeding speed according to requirements to ensure that the wood chip specifications (thickness and particle size) meet the production requirements.
