Properly controlling the chip size is crucial to ensuring the stable operation of the pellet mill.
Solutions:
Inspect the blades: Sharpen or replace blades promptly.
Adjust the cutter roller gap: Readjust to the standard gap to ensure uniform cutting dimensions.
Correct the blade installation angle: Recalibrate the angle according to the manufacturer's specifications.
Control the feeding speed: Feed material evenly and consistently to avoid overloading.
Check the raw material condition: Allow the raw material to dry appropriately; cut oversized diameter wood before chipping.
