The impact of uneven material drying on pellet mill: Large differences in raw material moisture content cause the pellet mill load to fluctuate, resulting in inconsistent pellet density, easy breakage, and a decrease in the finished product qualification rate. At the same time, it increases the operating pressure on the pellet mill control system.
Solutions for uneven drying in a rotary dryer: Promptly inspect, replace, or repair worn lifting plates to ensure that materials are evenly dispersed in the drum and fully contact the hot air; adjust the feeding device to ensure uniform feeding, avoid local accumulation, and ensure consistent output moisture content, thus guaranteeing stable pelleting of the pellet mill.
