It turns agricultural/forestry wastes, organic residues (e.g., wood chips, straw, mushroom dregs) into high-density cylindrical pellets after crushing & conditioning. Compact and stable, it fits small-to-medium scale production, widely used in biomass energy, organic fertilizer, livestock bedding, etc., and is key for "resource recycling".
Its pelleting needs high-pressure extrusion and sufficient torque – regular pellet mill models are 15-37kW. Three-phase power stably handles high loads, preventing jamming/pelleting failure from underpowered single-phase electricity (max. ≤5.5kW). Also, three-phase motors start smoothly with low vibration, cutting overheating risk by 60% vs. single-phase motors in 8-12h/day continuous use and extending service life by 2-3 years.
