The waste fabric shredder serves as the core equipment for the first critical process in the resource utilization of flexible solid waste. It acts as the front-end core for achieving volume reduction and reprocessing of various light and soft solid wastes, laying a solid foundation for subsequent processes such as sorting, secondary crushing and recycling.

Adopting an integrated supporting design, the equipment consists of three core components: the shredding main unit, automatic conveyor belt and forced pressing roller. All components cooperate and link up seamlessly to realize full-process automatic operation from automatic material feeding, forced feeding to high-efficiency shredding, requiring minimal manual intervention. This greatly improves the operational efficiency of the pre-treatment stage in solid waste disposal and is fully suitable for the operational needs of large-scale solid waste treatment production lines.
