How to Fix Material Blockage in Pellet Mill
In case of material blockage in the pellet mill
Immediately shut down the pellet mill and cut off the power supply, clear all residual raw materials from the feed inlet and the inner part of the ring die, check the moisture content of raw materials and the feeding speed parameters, make corresponding adjustments as required, and conduct a no-load test run of the equipment before resuming the feeding operation.
In case of poor pellet formation or brittle pellets in the pellet mill
Inspect the wear condition of the ring die and press rollers of the pellet mill, adjust the gap between the press rollers to the specified standard, control the moisture content of raw materials within the required range, and check and confirm that the conditioning temperature meets the preset standard.
