Pellet Mill Maintenance & High-Temperature Operation
Pellet machines generate heat during operation. To ensure stable performance and qualified pellets, please note the following under high-temperature conditions:
Pre-start Inspection
Check the power supply, wiring and grounding before startup to ensure safe and reliable electrical connection, protecting both the main machine and operators.
Main Motor Protection
Select the proper ring die according to raw material characteristics to avoid overloading. The machine is equipped with an automatic adjustment system to protect the main motor.
Stable Operation
Do not shake or move the machine during operation, as this will cause unstable working of the ring die and rollers, resulting in uneven or unqualified pellets. The stable structure ensures consistent production and qualified pellets.
