Waste wool, broken wool and wool residue are collected and sorted to remove stones, metal and other impurities. Sheep manure, straw powder and wood chips are added to improve bonding.
The wool is loosened and crushed to avoid tangling the machine.
It is then cleaned, dehydrated and dried to proper moisture for pelletizing.
The materials are mixed evenly with water or binder if needed, and heated to strengthen the pellets.
The mixture is pressed into pellets by a ring die pellet mill with a strong feeding system to prevent bridging.
The pellets are cooled and screened. Unqualified pellets and powder are returned for re-processing.
Finished pellets are packed in bags and stored in a sealed, moisture-proof place.
