Daily Maintenance of New Biomass Pellet Mills
A brand-new pellet mill relies 30% on the machine itself and 70% on proper maintenance. Strictly control the break-in period of new machines to achieve long-term, efficient, and stable production of pellet mills and improve economic benefits.
During the break-in period, clean the surface and interior of the machine after each day's production, paying particular attention to removing accumulated material from the die holes to prevent blockages.
Regularly check and tighten fasteners. Screws are prone to loosening during new machine operation; tighten them promptly to prevent parts from falling off and damaging the machine.
After the break-in period, promptly change the lubricating oil, check the wear of the pressure rollers and dies, and perform initial maintenance on vulnerable parts to lay the foundation for long-term stable operation.
