Pellet mill discharge obstruction troubleshooting
Smooth material discharge from the pellet mill is fundamental to continuous production. Obstruction in the pellet mill's discharge will frequently cause downtime, affecting the entire production line's progress. Material blockage and slowed discharge are common problems on-site.
Clogged die holes, insufficient pressed roller power, and excessively viscous raw materials can all cause abnormal discharge.
Stop the machine to clear the die holes, check the pressed roller transmission components, and adjust the moisture content of the raw materials in advance to ensure normal material extrusion.
