Die clogging is often caused by imbalanced raw material moisture content, lack of regular die orifice polishing, failure to clean material during downtime, and excessive clearance between pressed rollers.
To prevent die clogging, use a specialized drill bit to unclog the die orifice during downtime, strictly control the moisture content of the raw material, regularly polish the die orifice, and remove oil from the die before downtime. These measures address the root causes of die clogging.
