How to disassemble the ring die pellet machine

Before removing the ring die, ensure die holes are filled with oily materials.
Loosen cutter seat clamping bolts; move the cutter up.
Open the main door, remove feed hopper bolts with an Allen wrench, then take off the hopper.
Remove the gap adjustment block if needed; adjust the pressure roller so its outside is away from the ring die’s inner wall.
Remove the screen between the ring die and connecting sleeve.
The ring die is large and heavy: take protection. Lift with a crane to prevent falling; pry with a crowbar if tight.
