Regularly check for belt conveyor misalignment; correct promptly to prevent belt tearing. Also inspect belt fasteners for loosening/falling off; replace/reattach promptly to avoid belt damage.

Replace air lock sealing gaskets timely. If cyclone has frequent clogging, check gaskets for damage/air leakage; replace if damaged.

Cyclone clogging causes: damaged air lock gaskets, poor pipe sealing, clogged bag filter (air blockage). Inspect and rectify one by one.

Clean the drying equipment after each shift. Prolonged lack of cleaning causes excessive dust buildup, which leads to dust accumulation on contacts in the control cabinet and motor—resulting in moisture-related short circuits. Additionally, in case of fire, it will be hard to contain and may cause irreversible consequences
