Preventing common malfunctions that occur during the daily use of pellet mills is necessary to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
Raw materials are strictly screened before production, and magnetic separators are installed to remove metal impurities; the crushing chamber is inspected regularly to prevent hard objects from scratching the ring die and pressure rollers.
Control the moisture content of raw materials within the standard range of 12%-18%; avoid storing finished products in a humid environment for a long time; clean the discharge port regularly to ensure smooth material flow and prevent particles from sticking together and clumping.
Proper daily maintenance of the pellet mill extends its service life.
