Daily Maintenance Points for Pellet Mills
Add lubricating oil to the pellet mill on time to maintain proper automatic lubrication: Insufficient oil is the number one cause of pellet mill damage.
Regularly inspect wear parts: Replace the ring die, pressure roller, and cutter of the pellet mill promptly when they are worn to avoid affecting output and pellet quality.
Raw materials must be cleaned of impurities: Stones, nails, and plastic entering the pellet mill will directly damage the die, causing serious losses.
Run the machine idle before starting and drain any remaining material before shutting it down: Prevent materials from solidifying inside the machine, which can cause difficulties in starting it up next time.
