Component wear is a core issue affecting the service life of pellet mills. Scientific raw material selection, regular maintenance, and standardized operation can effectively extend the service life of pellet mills.
Specific maintenance points are as follows: First, strictly select raw materials to prevent hard impurities from entering the machine and reduce component wear; second, regularly inspect, lubricate, and replace easily worn components such as pressed rollers, grinding discs, and bearings, following the requirements of the machine maintenance manual; third, avoid idling or overloading the machine, check the machine status before starting, and promptly clean any residual raw materials inside the machine after shutdown to prevent agglomeration and corrosion.
