Selection and replacement cycle of lubricating oil for pellet mills
Lubricating oil is the core guarantee for the efficient operation of pellet mills. Choosing the wrong oil or failing to change it on time can easily cause wear and tear on pellet mill parts.
For the main spindle gearbox, it is recommended to use extreme pressure industrial gear oil, which has strong pressure resistance; the automatic lubrication system should use high-temperature lithium-based grease to prevent it from thinning and leaking at high temperatures.
Change the gearbox oil after the first 200 hours, and then every 3000 hours thereafter; replenish the grease according to the machine cycle to prevent oil circuit blockage.
