Pellet mill frequency converter maintenance and troubleshooting
The frequency converter system is the core of the pellet mill's speed control; stable control ensures the pellet mill adapts to various production conditions. Inadequate daily maintenance can easily lead to operational failures and delays in production.
Regularly clean dust and debris from the frequency converter, tighten wiring connections, monitor operating current and temperature in real time, and properly record machine parameters.
In case of overload, abnormal speed control, or other problems, first disconnect the power to inspect the wiring and heat dissipation components, verify operating parameters, replace damaged parts promptly, and quickly restore normal machine operation.
